Our Process

Order Flow

  • Confirmed Orders get into production planning based on zones, cities, districts, and pin codes.
  • Products are scheduled for dispatch batch-wise and zone-wise with route improvement across delivery networks.
  • Processing & shipping of a batch is typically completed within 5–15 working days from the day of payment.

In many cases, your Argonomic product will arrive faster than expected. If you’re ordering in bulk, the delivery may occur in installments. It will be smart, staged, and still within the timeline.


Priority & Custom Orders

  • Priority delivery is available at an extra cost—just let us know.
  • Fabric, finish, or accessory alterations are dependent on availability. If a selected material is unavailable, we will use a high-quality equivalent choice with your best interest in mind.
  • If you insist on a specific brand/color/vendor, extra costs and possible delays apply.

Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery and installation is covered across most cities and towns in India.
  • In rare cases, if delivery is unfeasible, the order is canceled. Situations include a remote location, low demand, or resource constraints. It will be refunded swiftly.
  • Occasionally, delivery and installation teams (case to case) arrive on separate dates—you’ll be informed in advance.
  • If the product arrives damaged, please refuse delivery. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Delays occur due to weather, lockdowns, civil unrest, or other unforeseeable conditions. We’ll always keep you in the loop.


We Tweak, So We Are

We’re obsessive about improvements, so the product delivered will have minor changes (1–3%) in style or attributes vs. what’s shown online—this means better ergonomics, longer durability, and enhanced performance.

  • 1-year structural warranty on all Argonomic models (unless specified).
  • Up to 3-year extended warranty available at 15% + Taxes.
  • No warranty on fabrics or accessories.

Payments & Cancellations

  • All orders need 100% advance payment.
  • You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing us at yourbuddy@argonomic.in.
  • If canceled in time (before processing begins), refunds will be initiated in 7–10 working days.
  • All products displayed on this website are sold under the Argonomic brand. Urbane Retail is the authorized reseller and is responsible for sales, service, distribution, and customer fulfillment. Armorica is the billing entity that issues invoices for transactions
