Where do we ship?
We currently ship across India – metros, small towns, hill stations, and pretty much anywhere your spine needs saving.
Delivery timeline & charges
Standard Delivery: 10–15 business days, depending on your location.
Why so long? Because great posture is worth the wait. Your orders are handcrafted, blessed by ergonomic monks (probably), and shipped with the care your spine deserves. We don’t mass-produce; we precision-build, posture-proof, and then send it to you like a meditation in a box.
Shipping charges: Free. It’s on us.
You’ll get an email (and maybe a little endorphin rush) as soon as your order hits the road.
Tracking your package
We’ll send you tracking details via email as soon as your order ships. Refreshing that link obsessively? Totally normal. We do it too.
Delivery delays or issues
If your package goes off the grid or pulls a disappearing act, email us at yourbuddy@argonomic.in with your Order ID and we’ll track it down.
Note: Delivery timelines can vary due to traffic, weather, logistics, and the occasional chai break.
Missing items or damaged package
Oopsies happen. If your package arrives bruised, battered, or incomplete, email us at yourbuddy@argonomic.in within 48 hours.
Attach clear photos or videos plus your Order ID, and we’ll jump in like ergonomic superheroes.
