Our Process

Order Flow

The standard Argonomic order flow is designed to be predictable, efficient, and transparent.

  1. Confirmed orders move into production planning based on zones, cities, districts, and pin codes.
  2. Products are scheduled for dispatch batch-wise and zone-wise with route optimization across delivery networks.
  3. Processing and shipping of a batch is typically completed within 5–15 working days from the day of payment.

In many cases, your Argonomic product will arrive faster than expected. For bulk orders, delivery may be split into installments—always smart, staged, and within the committed timeline.

Priority & Custom Orders

  • Priority delivery is available at an extra cost on request.
  • Fabric, finish, or accessory alterations depend on availability. If a selected material is unavailable, we will use a high-quality equivalent choice with your best interest in mind.
  • If you insist on a specific brand, color, or vendor, additional costs and possible delays will apply.

Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery and installation is available across most cities and towns in India.
  • In rare cases where delivery is not feasible (for example, extremely remote locations or severe resource constraints), the order may be canceled and refunded swiftly.
  • In some locations, delivery and installation teams may arrive on separate dates. You will be informed in advance.
  • If the product arrives damaged, please refuse delivery. We will replace it at no extra cost.

Delays can occur due to weather, lockdowns, civil unrest, or other unforeseeable conditions. We will always keep you informed.

Refined by Every Order

We are obsessive about continuous improvement. The product you receive may have minor changes (1–3%) in style or attributes compared to what is shown online. These changes are made to deliver better ergonomics, longer durability, and enhanced performance.

Warranty Terms

  • 1-year structural warranty on all Argonomic models (unless specified).
  • Optional extended warranty up to 3 years is available at 15% + taxes.
  • No warranty is offered on fabrics or accessories.

Payments & Cancellations

  • All orders require 100% advance payment.
  • You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing yourbuddy@argonomic.in.
  • If canceled on time (before processing begins), refunds are typically initiated within 7–10 working days.
  • All products displayed on this website are sold under the Argonomic brand. Urbane Retail is the authorized reseller responsible for sales, service, distribution, and customer fulfillment. Armorica is the billing entity that issues invoices for transactions.

  • All disputes are subject to Chennai jurisdiction.
