To qualify for a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide a continuous, unedited video recording of the unpacking (to verify damage).
  • Product must be in like-new condition, with all original parts and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be shown.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Inconsistent or incomplete video footage is provided.
  • The return is requested after 7 days from delivery.
  • The product is returned damaged, altered, or missing key components.
  • Custom-built orders with personalized features.

Return shipping & Replacement:

We cover return shipping once the defect or damage is verified and is our responsibility to offer you a free replacement.


Processing your refund:

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
